Super happy with this purchase—albeit expensive—the quality is phenomenal and the setup was relatively easy. The app has 1,500+ 5-star reviews so it seems very promising. Also, if anyone needs a portion size reference, I found out 8 servings is a little less than half a cup of kibble (what I feed my cat). She’s on a bit of a restricted diet so she gets two servings 4 times a day. Her food bag says 1/3-2/3 cup a day to feed her, so that’s her slightly restricted diet for now. Hope this helps anyone as far as portion goes because I couldn’t find a list for it!

I love that the portion sizes are customizable. 1 portion = about 1/4 cup. My cat eats too quickly at times, so this way, I can schedule small portions spread out through the day and evening without having to portion her meals out manually. Once I set the schedule, I don't have to think about it again. And when the food hopper gets low, I get an alert on my phone to refill it, so this feeder is truly "set it and forget it." So far the app has been very user-friendly with a clean and intuitive layout, and the feeder has had no issues staying on my wifi network. Overall, I'm tickled pink with this purchase, and so is my Olive.

This feeder is super quiet, has a user friendly locking mechanism on the food container and was a breeze to set up. I had the unit ready to go in about 10 minutes. I love the app, but I will note it's not 5G compatible so be cognizant of that. The feeder has not jammed due to size of the cat food being used, as this can be a problem with some feeders. I did find that within the write up for this product, it refers to the app as pet zero and also pet zone... it's Pet Zero. The app does work great and I like that I get a confirmation that feedings have been completed successfully and that I can manually feed if I'm away from home. I would definitely recommend this feeder.

The WiFi interface works great. Notification to my phone about feeding doses, food level, and whether my cat has eaten or not are all good information. The ability to give a manual dose from my phone is also very good.One caveat though, this feeder will not work with Purina ONE dry cat food. I had many failures trying to use this food. Seems the dried pieces of chicken "jerky" get caught in the doser wheel and will jam, then temporarily disable the feeder until cleared. See photo. I replaced the food with a different brand and have not had a failure since then.Customer service was excellent during this process with good email correspondence back and forth.I can highly recommend this company for its customer service as well as the product.

I’ve gone through a lot of automatic cat feeders. The last one I got lasted a good while but it was pretty delicate. This particular cat feeder feels like it’s built to last. Sleek design and handy app so you can feed your cat randomly from anywhere. There have been a couple times that the log (yeah, it keeps a log of the feedings) malfunctioned and did not disperse food. It’s happened 3 times out of a couple hundred feedings. I was out of town at the time, so when I noticed in the log of the malfunction I just initiated a manual feeding. Easy. (I do not know why it did not disperse the food on those the occasions but I feel very confident with this product. If it becomes an issue, I’ll be sure to up date this review.). For now…love it.
